2. Third-Party Links
SDIGI may link to third-party websites beyond our control. Clicking these links takes you to sites with different terms and privacy policies. SDIGI is not responsible for their content or services and may disable such links at our discretion.
3. User Content
“User Content” refers to any content you submit to SDIGI. You are solely responsible for it and bear all associated risks. Your content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. SDIGI does not back up or guarantee the retention of User Content. You grant SDIGI a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your content for inclusion on our Site.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Post content violating third-party rights, laws, or that is harmful, offensive, or misleading.
- Upload malicious software, spam, or unsolicited ads.
- Harvest user data without consent or disrupt SDIGI’s operations.
- Attempt unauthorized access or harass other users.
We may remove content, terminate accounts, or report violations to authorities if you breach this policy.
5. Electronic Communications
Emails or notices sent to us constitute electronic communication. You consent to receive electronic responses, which satisfy legal requirements for written communication.
6. Policy Restrictions
Do not impair SDIGI’s operations or overload its infrastructure. Public search engines may index our Site but not cache or archive it.
7. Disclaimer
SDIGI’s services and content are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied, including for merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee error-free operation, defect correction, or virus-free content. You assume all risks and costs from use. SDIGI does not endorse third-party content or guarantee its accuracy or security. Some jurisdictions may limit these exclusions.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify SDIGI and its affiliates against losses, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or Site use. We may assume defense of claims at our expense, and you will cooperate.
9. Limitation of Liability
SDIGI and its affiliates are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use, including computer damage or data loss. Our total liability is capped at $100. We are not responsible for third-party content accuracy or service interruptions due to uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters). Some jurisdictions may limit these exclusions.
10. General Provisions
We may modify or discontinue SDIGI without notice. If any Term is unenforceable, others remain valid. These Terms are governed by Singapore law, with disputes resolved via arbitration under SIAC Rules in English. No waiver of any Term implies ongoing waivers. We may terminate your access at our discretion. Provisions intended to survive termination will do so.
These Terms, alongside other Site policies, constitute the entire agreement, superseding prior understandings. Claims must be filed within one year, or they are barred.
